Black Screen when trying to share screen with AirSync & Web Browser

I’m still working on figuring out exactly what is causing the interaction, but there are two alternatives you can try out and use:

1.) You can download the AirSync Sender app and use it instead of the web browser.

Navigate to the web page you normally use to screen share (https://airsync.net/#/v3home) and download the Sender App at the top right:



Pick the Windows option, open the file when it's finished downloading, agree to the license terms and just keep pressing next. It’ll eventually ask you for an admin password to the ‘test’ account after a few seconds, which should be just 1234 and then let it install (if those credentials don't work, please make a tech request ticket). Open the app and use it instead of the browser.

2.) If your board is displaying its name and information you can either press & hold the windows button on your keyboard and then press the 'K' key and it’ll open up a wireless display connection menu



or you can go into your start menu and type in connect to a wireless display and there is a built in screen cast on the laptop. You just have to click on whichever AirSync number your board is identified as (number will be displayed in top right on ViewBoard), but it will share your entire screen instead of having the options of just sharing a tab.
